At Aston Home Care, we understand that living with a learning disability - whether due to injury or a long-term condition - can be difficult, and you might not know who to turn to for help. At Aston Home Care, we provide bespoke in-home care to adults living with learning disabilities.
We take the time to know you and your family so that we can provide the right level of support. Based in Stone, Staffordshire we offer our support throughout the area, 7 days a week. We have been helping individuals and families since 2019, are fully CQC certified, and all carers are DBS checked for total peace of mind.
QUALITY CARE BEGINS FROM DAY ONE
We start off by arranging a consultation with you and/or family, so that we can understand your current situation. Everyone is different, and we are committed to providing a bespoke service that provides support where individuals need it, whilst allowing them to retain independence and flourish.
From daily visits to ad-hoc support and temporary respite cover, we're fully committing to helping you live life to the fullest.
